“Disability Leaders of Tomorrow (D-LoT)”

The “Disability Leaders of Tomorrow (D-LoT) project aims at building the capacity of the disability service providers in Central and Eastern Europe. It will implement an innovative mentoring training programme that will be based on an e-learning platform (D-LoT Platform) and other face-to-face training activities. In order to scale up the training programme, mentees will replicate it (Pass it On project) and a network of disability service provision trainers will be established (D-LoT Alumni Network). The project is coordinated by European Association of Service Providers (EASPD), in the close cooperation with EASPD members.

The project is led by a Steering Committee consisting of the core members of EASPD Standing Committee on Enlargement. Centre for Society Orientation, as a member of the Steering Committee, have already participate in the selection process of mentors and mentees for the participating countries. The Steering Committee has appointed mentor (Ms Slavica Milojevic) and mentee (Mr Rados Keravica) for Serbia which will participate on the first meeting of all mentors and mentees from Europe in October this year in Salzburg.
