The Forum provides an opportunity for civil society organisations (CSOs) to search for partner organisations, information and support.

All CSOs and and individuals are able to access and browse through the Forum's topics and posts as well as register to become active Forum members through TACSO's Web site, www.tacso.org.

Registered Forum users will be able to comment on posts and post their own entries, while abiding by Forum rules.
